Unlink and link another game on google+ account

Hi is there a way to link my Google+ account back again to my lv7 th. I don't know why a lv2 th overwrote it. If I can just unlink the th2 so that I can relink my th7. Luckily I still have my th7 on the device running. problem is i can't relink it to my account since the account is now holding the th2. No response from my email as well from the devs, I used in game report to do so. been 6 days already.

I too have the same problem for the past 1 month. I am getting very annoyed. I explained the problem clearly but all the system support did was just copy and paste the Link Device FAQ to me. Its as though they didn't bother to read my email

It's not possible to overwrite a G+ village yourself, if you attached a lvl 2 in place of the level 7, then your level 7 was being played locally and not attached, and the lvl 2 was the FIRST village you attached to G+.

More importantly, it talks about how to contact support. Support doesn't do direct Customer Support on the forums, it's a community forum - other users, moderators, or some SC staff will sometimes lend a helping hand, or point you in the right direction, but the folks who can help are not here.

Due to the high amount of users who choose not to attach to G+ or Gamecenter, and then erase data or factory reset their device (All requiring support assistance) they have thousands of pending cases to help with, and as a result, the backlog for recovering villages is several weeks right now. You will have to be patient with them.

As long as you used the in-game reporting and sent a support ticket (And received an automated response with a ticket number) you're in the queue, and will get helped, but it is not a quick process.

If a administrator say it maybe we keep calm

The company earns a lot of money, they should hire more people to help these problems and thus we would not have to wait that long in this state of uncertainty that makes us think we may never get to see our old game back.

The problem is google+ on android can be disconnected automatically and they suggested to load low level townhall everyday. Every time i open my COC i should very carefully press NO or otherwise my village will completely wiped!
I suggested this bug should be fix fast.

Thank you sir twister for your reply. The problem was that my lvl7 th was linked to my g+ account for months now and suddenly while i was linking my other device so i can play on my tab it deleted my th7 and overwrote it with th2. Anyway i guess we just have to be patient about this and see if the devs can help us out. Thank you.

If you log in to you Google account and go to https://plus.google.com/apps you will have the option to unlink an app from your account.

Why bump this. And no, it isn't possible.

Supercell makes thousands upon thousands of $$$, and should provide proper support, especially to the paying customers! (I'm NOT one of them)
I agree with the earlier post. If they are under-staffed, they should hire more support staff to take care of it.
A week or more to get a reply is totally unacceptable!
