Is it worth starting a clan?

There are not many great clans around that are for th8 lvl 5 archers lvl 75+, so I'm thinking of starting my own clan, is it worth it? (its time consuming)

no it is not unless you have a large group of friends and family that play who will join your clan and help you recruit

I have to tell you bro to start it was rough and to keep it at top lvl it can be trying at some points but i love being leader now .... there are alot of + & to having your own clan if you start one good luck if not check out the Yea Baby family Yea Baby 2 has a spot for you ....

It really depends. If you are a crystal, it would be very easy to start a clan. Also, there are a few strategies to lure people in. All elders, first 15 and tell them to try and recruit, but you can always try to start out with your wants for people to get into your clan, which like you said, is time consuming. Tell me here (or PM me) what your plan is. I have created a clan before and it is still up, our feeder, PENNIES 2. An elder from our main (which I'm in now) is taking it over. So technically i go over there I get automatic leader. That helps too, if you join a clan, become elder and be there for a bit, then ask to create a feeder. It is fun. But please, tell me your plan to creating your clan. Thanks.

Whatever you do, don't give free elder. The people will probably just be kids wanting to cause trouble, and if you demote them, they'll leave.

It is very time consuming i would rather join one :(!
