I got to masters as th7. It was pretty easy (th sniping mostly) up until crystal 1, which was brutal. I want to get another 700 gems so I can get my last builder. I don't think any of the achievements but the champion one can get me so many gems as easy at this point.
So anyone whose done the trek to champion as th7, whats your advice? Will it be as painful as crystal 1 or worse? Any tricks? Best times to log on? How many th snipes per session? etc...
Err, it seems like you are underestimating the difficulty of this... by a lot. TH snipes become incredibly rare after you enter masters, and I highly doubt anyone can get to champ right now just off sniping. The only TH 7 I recall ever making it to champ did it with drags (I think?) and by nibbling 50% off bases. Much much harder than getting to masters.
I don't see how level 2 dragons can do much in masters. You can't get 50% either as there are so many walls for th10s which is 95% of what I see. Would th8 be easier? Higher level dragons maybe?Quote:

I'll be perfectly honest, I have no idea how that one guy got to champ as a TH 7. He must be an absolutely awesome raider is all I can figure out. But, yeah, the higher level your TH, the stronger your troops, the easier it gets. Keep in mind, though, there are only a handful of TH 9s who have ever even made it champ (well, since TH 10 became dominant that is).Quote:

When you use a small amount of troops (preferably archers) to pick off farmer's exposed town hall. The higher you climb, the less farmers there are which results in less exposed town halls.Quote:
