You need to contact player support in the game. No one here can help you. Create a new account and contact support.
Settings>Help and support> Tap on the conversation box on right upper corner or See a FAQ named ' i have lost my village' ,read it and at the end tap on 'No' if u didnt find that helpful.
Describe your issue in simple words and bingo support will help you!

Nobody here on the forums can help. I don't know how long ago this was, but from many posts here on the forums it seems it can take a while for them to sort these things out and come back to you with more questions to validate you're the owner.... The only recourse you have is SC Customer Support, and there's no section for that on these forums.
Wait someone is coming to help!
in the game I got tired of sending messages
ingame support is the only section who is able to recover villages. you dont need to post multiple or hundred messages.Quote:

No sir we can do it from outside of the game,too.because i had same issue of sparky.i had described about this issue through email and supercell did let me recovery my village through emails.Quote:
