Did we misunderstand something re CWL league rewards??

Same issue for my clan. I am from Battle Elite. Im the Leader from my clan and was informed my Roster was indeed suppose to get the medals from each win. All of my bench members recieve zero. On top of that many didnt even get the tutorial free medals, myself included. I have reached out to Supercell and the person I was talking with is not very bright and doesn't understand what im saying and now has ignored me and automatically ends my conversations without responding to me. Very troublesome..... Hope not all there staff is that way.

I had to share the CoC tweet in the clan and it felt like a bomb !!
Please get this fixed or compensated ASAP !!

seems like all the peaple in my clan that didnt attack in war league didnt get win medals, we in master 1 with 4 wins, every one that didnt attack in war didnt get nothing, as far as i know they should get 100 medals, some didnt even get the free 50 medals...

Question:
I warred in another clan for the CWL. I left before the CWL ended but i haven't received any medals for the stars i earned?

Any help would be appriciated

We are in Crystal 1 and our opponents had 5 to 6 th12 and pretty much all 11s with only 2 or 3 th10s...

The medals per win is rewarded to everyone on the roster, so if you won 5 of 7, and in masters 1. Each person on the roster would get 125, 5 wins x 25 medals per win = 125 medals each for everyone on the roster.

I hope you're right.

Info button in results screen says: "Your League Medals reward is based on the number of stars you earned and war's won that you played in." Before seeing this thread I interpreted that message to mean "no medals at all for anyone who didn't participate".

Again, hope I'm wrong.

Just finished our war and tapped on the "i" beside my medals awarded it reads

"Your League medals reward is based on the number of stars you earned and wars won that you played in"

It's at least conflicting communication.
