Did we misunderstand something re CWL league rewards??

So we have just finished first CWL (came 4th in Masters 1, not bad considering we were the weakest clan on paper)

Everyone who fought in wars has received their medals and we have rewards to give out

BUT we were under the impression that everyone that was on the roster received something (win bonus??)

anyone got an idea

going to cause major disharmony in the clan with the people that weren't picked to fight

If I understand the chart properly, everyone in your roster should get a reward for every day you won. Those who attacked should get a reward per star, and leadership should have received their appropriate bonus handouts. What did you end up getting?

all the people that actually fought in a war received their correct medals but the rest on the roster that didn't actually fight have received nothing.

we could rotate too much as all the other clans were fielding pretty much all th12 line ups so the th9 and 10's missed on on being in war but were on the roster

That blows. I'm glad I was able to rotate everyone in at least once throughout the week, but if your benched players didn't end up getting anything, then that's a rough miscommunication on SC's end.

They have very specifically told us that all members on the roster will get the win medals, whether they took part in any wars or not.

So it isn't a miscommunication, it is a bug.

if the benched players don't get anything then i'll imagine we'll be opting out next time round, creates too much disharmony, most were ok this time because we thought they would get something and because we were in masters 1 the rewards would be reasonable for them

everyone was egging on the guys in war, filling cc's donating for war so it's a real team effort so everyone should get something

if not, big own goal by SC

They had better get them. I left most my accounts out so other people could play.

You get X medals per win depending on your League
You get Y medals per Star depending on your League
You get Z base amount of medals depending on your League

Furthermore:
Your Clan gets additional bonus medals to distribute throughout the League.

My clan is having the same issue and lots of clan members are not happy. I hope they not only fix the bug but give them what they should've earned. Any word on if supercell is actually tracking this problem?

Well, that's good. Hopefully it's sorted out and players who missed out are retroactively rewarded
