Coalition

Level 11 Clan without enough active members to fight in clan wars, adult clan considering a merger of 2 or more clans to create a large active clan. This clan is 5 years old and seen a lot of people come and go but just wants to continue playing for the live of the game, so would consider starting an amalgamated clan from level 1.

We’ve gone through the same thing. We’ve had our clan ever since coc first started and seen a lot of people come and go or just stop playing. We have an older crowd but super respect, casual and no pressure. I’m not sure I can get others to leave (stubborn folk) but if you were okay with joining us we’d be glad to have you!

Thank you for your reply Hunter. I thought I would get this reply. I would hate to lose my clan I’ve spent so much time and effort maintaining it, but have you played clan war league? It’s pretty slick. I don’t think anything apart from a complete restart will do. Or preferably I would love another clan to merge into mine, but that not going to happen either.

I completely understand... most of the people here feel the same way. A group of coworkers also have an adult clan level 15 and have been trying to get us to move over for years now but after you put all that work in, it’s hard haha. With that said, the percs of a active clan are much higher than being stubborn, I suppose.

Exactly! I can only see the fresh start as the best compromise, nobody wants to give up all that work but, I can’t see much alternative, truth is there are no new players anymore and people slowly leave till we have predicament we are both in, unable to enjoy the game properly. The problem with a coalition is, you can only have one leader (and can’t not have one either)

You would then be taking a big risk in loosing an already established level clan if the collision did not work out. Leader/ co leader would work just fine but I can understand where some would want that sole role. It’s not a big deal for us anyways.

i haven’t yet discussed it with my clan members yet, but things need to change. There will be a lot of benefits lost but I think it would work. Are you a little interested? Also are you the leader?

I hear ya! I’d have to talk with the folks, like yourself I haven’t said Anything yet, I’m just checking around. Yes, I’m the leader.

The alternative is to just do 5 v 5 or 10 v 10 wars and be unable to complete in war leagues which gives you big benefits too. I think it will prolong the game, I have 8-9 regular attackers and a few that are not as frequent. My clan is Dead Set (lvl 11) check us out or send a scout if you wish?

My clan that has suffered a similar fate. We are a level 11 clan that lacks enough regular participation to even consider going in CWL. The concerns I read above are valid but their might be a solution. What if players switched to one clan strictly for the CWL then went back for the rest of the month to their old clan. Everyone that came together could earn the benefits of the CWL but not have to leave their longtime clan behind. The communication for those wanting to participate could be established on a message board that members in each clan have access to. Just a thought. Thanks for your time and clash on!
