I'm not sure if this is caused by the time lag, but I know every time you log on to your base the time lag affects builders, troops in your barracks, and spells. Also upgrades in the lab. But enough of time lag, I don't want to go off topic & get the thread closed.Quote:

It can prevent them from appearing if you space it out like that. I have been playing from launch and only have a relatively small tidy achievement compared to newer guys because I always have my base spaced out across the whole map. It should spawn anywhere it can but it obviously doesn't.
It also has nothing to do with the timer bug, that's a separate issue entirely.
