[Official FEPA Event] Forum Clan War League - Sign-Up Thread

Hi everyone!

The legacy continues !
Sign ups for round 2 are now officially open!

Here‘s the plan:
We will have 2 clans for this event, Forum Events #88QUUPYY and forum fleapit #GQQVU29L

Forum Events will be for the hardcore Th12 three-star specialsts, those who are well developed Th12 and are prepared to give everything. The goal is to hit the top tier asap, start high and go strong from there. Minimum 15 Th12 maximum 30,
of which the best will have 6-7 wars and the rest 4-5 guaranteed war participations.

If that is too hardcore for you, or you are not yet Th12, then forum fleapit is the place to go!
Here we will have mixed wars with TH levels 12-9, with 3-5 of each in every war, rotating as many as possible, 2 war participations guaranteed for everyone.
Here we aim to get seeded as high as possible, and perform well enough then to stay in that tier or go 1 up.

Either way: All accepted will get to participate in war !!!

greyed out were signed up for round 1 and have a spot for round 2 reserved, but need to confirm their participation,
There are 20 seats in all for hardcore Th12 CWL and 20 seats for mixed CWL Th12-Th9.

After CWL ends Pale Rider will open up and will offer to be a home / 2nd home for CWL enthusiasts. We will practice for round 3 there for hardcore Th12 and mixed CWL and playeers from Pale Rider will have selection priority same as first rounders over all other sign ups for round 3 CWL.
There will be a seperate thread for that.

I have two attacks to do in ordinary war in approx. 13 hours from now.
I will join the hardcore clan in approx 13 hours after having done my attacks in my current clan.

I fear the coding of the CWL system will not allow me to join the Forum hardcore CWL if you start the war at the time you mention in your latest post.

I assume you will not start the CWL later because of just me but maybe mixed could be started later and then I could join there if I cant be in hardcore?!

I also have another TH10 account I could place in mixed if more accounts are needed there.

Looking forward to this event very much.

You wont be able to join the mixed clan with your main/alt. Because the mixed war has been called off. Just hardcore th12’s now.

Very sorry we couldn't go ahead with the mixed clan - unfortunately the number of sign ups was way too low to make it enough of a possibility to risk waiting for more sign ups, and ending up with existing sign ups being left unable to get into another clan for cwl instead, especially as the opting in period is starting so soon.

If any of you are having trouble finding a suitable clan to take part in cwl with, now, just let me know here, and I'll try and help.

It would be a problem if most of the clan members wanted to start CWL early but I have an optimistic hope that the Forum clan will wait for the two of us... Join us when you can...

Yes, just come over when you've made your attacks. And it appears that we don't even have to wait for timers to expire before signing in to cwl.

To be precise, dont even need to do yours attacks first, since u can start the cwl and then go back to your clan and do yours attacks.

Just about ready to spin, just waiting on jrex (budsticker), and the unwanted (squiggles).

Alredy started search, looking for a match now...

Will we still try to get a mixed team together for the next month? It was short notice for this one, but for the next it could be done I suppose.

We could hold a planning war in the fleapit after season one to discuss the best way of going about a mixed event, with anybody that's keen to be involved in that welcome to come along. Only 1279xp to level 10 now.

How about doing this towards the end of the next cg period, when people have completed them at home? If it works out as I'm loosely planning things, this could be the war before the level 10 war, which I hope will be a 50v50 after cg, and we will likely get some early arrivals for that which will make it much livelier.

I may be able to get a few from my clan into the mixed next time as our lower guys are getting selected game time in our home war

Day 2. Win 33-17
Day 3. Just started, this war will proberly decide too spot

yea, good idea, I will post pics as we progress.
By the looks of it this war from round three is going to be our toughest opponent.
That clan is holding position no1 in our league and scored more stars than we did in the first two rounds.
I am expecting our 6th round opponent to be tough too but not so the remaining wars - time will tell.

Definately going for three stars carries the risk of finishing short with just 1
nevertheless our three star percentage is pretty high, and that's thanks to some terrific attackers such as Nightcrawler, sukhi and Zees to name but a few.

I myself sat out war 1, failed to three star in round 2, and benched myself again for round 3.

As expected our round 3 war was very tough, and our 3-star rate took a steep downward turn. Congrats to the other team!
But round 4 is looking good again.

Yes !!
We will hold Forum CWL again, Roster will be greyed out, and all who were in first round are elligible for the second round but need to confirm their participation.

No fear, first round was at such short notice, that not all seats were taken, there is room for fresh sign ups who wish to continue the legacy. Champions 2, HERE WE COME !!! Forums FTW !!!

And probably we will get the mixed CWL up and running this time too.

I'm a weak attacker, but will sign up a 10 and 11 if sign ups start to look reasonable.

Just wondering if we should be looking at a th 9-11, rather than a th10-12 format for the mixed, especially for first season placement.

What do others think?

I have a max rh10 clanmate that can be conscripted if needed, also.

Mixed CWL is already expanded to include Th9
And as long as we don‘t have that many Th12 in the hardcore CWL, there won‘t be many to go to the mixed one.
