that support bot "sparky" is a new "feature" but not really helpfull if real human is needed. maybe we can help you if you tell us your problem. i guess this is your problem. in that case only ingame support is able to help you.
you could try to send an email to ingame support.

question: why do you want to opt out of supercell id?
Yes that's my question and I want to opt out SC id cos my husband accidentally create a SC id and we play both on one device and we r experiencing problems with switching our coc accounts we prefer to have Google button plzz remove our supercell id
create for all your village supercell id. this will make switching between accounts faster and solve the problems you have while switching between supercell id and gplay.

Adding on to AKP's post, they might redirect you to the in-game support.
Link them all to a Supercell ID, it's more convenient. Why go through the trouble over and over again?
I contacted coc support outside but they contact them ingame but how can I contact them ingame cos there a bot sparky speaking I want real person to tell my problem
