Analysis of new loot system should have shown concerns expressed in practice

I know you are trying to improve the gameplay by the updates, Some of which are really great, and every change will give some rise to comments, fair or unfair. However, the problems players are experiencing with this system are logical, and will continue, I'm afraid. The simple fact is that if the Total amount of loot available is higher when having more, players will tend to limit their amount, not try to save more, like you are aiming for. I personally think you should do party the opposite! Raise percentage and raise the cap as well. As long as it is possible to resteal what has been stolen, its not a problem.
personally, I'm at th 8, and due to the system change will now resolve to upping walls mostly, untill I have time to play for a complete update on some building, for which at the moment I will need 2 million+, so at least 6-10 succesfull attacks in a row. I usually do not have time for that, as I also have a life, so I will probably keep getting robbed blind before being able to upgrade anything. I have spent the last two days to regain the higher amount of DE stolen, and got quite frustrated. Now I'll just spend it and forget upgrades for a while.
Something maybe not considered also is that to get a reasonable amount of loot (my aim is at least 200k each, also considering army cost) now players will have to spend more on searches, as the average available loot will be less. It may be reasonable therefore to at least adjust the cost of searching, and maybe up the winner bonus, until a more satisfiying structural solution can be adopted.
It was a Fun game untill now, but its getting really quiet in our clan the last days, which was quite active before. Anyway, good luck and hope you find a good solution in the next update. Thanks for a great game in general!
