Winning with 2 stars and 57%; says I lost and -31%!!!

I just completed a multiplayer player battle after releasing all of my troops and had 2 stars and 57%. With about 30 secs to go, and 1 archer still hitting, the message about losing sync with the server popped up, and after reloading the game, it showed I lost, minus 31 trophies!!! I needed that win for the last of my 5 star bonus, plus loading my secondary army for war! Now part of my first army is still there, and 90 pts of troops from my second army are mixed in!!! Worst multiplayer battle ever!!!!

You lost connection... it happens....not really a bug

Correct, this isn't a bug. This is a you had a poor connection. The moment the connection is actually lost no matter what happens on your screen the raid is over.

I have a great 5G 100 Mbyte connection. It's a bug when Supercell's servers have inadequate capacity to handle their load.

I have never head of this before...
It doesn't matter if you have 500G, if your cellphone lost connection for a while, it will disconnect you no matter what.

What I'm saying is, I don't think the problem is from my end. And I'm using a Tab 4, not phone. I use 2 Tab 4s, and 1 Galaxy S6 Edge. I see the disconnection message every day on them all. There are less frequent crashes, but I report them all.

That is not what it is like. Once you lost the connection the battle will continue until the end with all the troops set on the field before the connection was lost. We won dragon raids like this, while the attacker has lost his connection and was thrown out of the app, we could still watch the 3 star attack. Same applies to farm attacks, the battle will continue until it times out in case you haven't deployed all your troops.

I have twice three starred a war attack but near beginning of the attack got the magical wifi symbol. upon finishing attack was I was "officially" disconnected...

Logging back in, zero or one star attacks because I lost connection. It happens.

That's only if all troops are deployed. If you haven't deployed all troops when the connection drops it finishes the attack with only the troops deployed before the drop

I was in a war, and got 100% and three stars.. however, after declaring my win, there was this spinning star thing, and when all was said and done, it said I LOST with zero stars and only 29%!!! I made screen captures, but don't know how to attach them.

What you saw on your screen isn't what happened on the server. You lost connection earlier and the attack played out on your device, but before you had deployed all of your troops and spells you had already lost connection.

I beg to differ. *I* did not lose connection, the connection lost connection with me! There is a serious problem with Supercell keeping up with all of these simultaneous connections without timing out or crashing!!! Worst war ever!

So, millions of players don't have a problem, but you regularly and routinely disconnect, and you believe the problem is with Supercell? That'd be like blaming the power company because you keep popping fuses. I'd suggest you contact a networking team who is trained to diagnose your problem. No one here can help you with your network issues. You should hire a professional.
