GoWiPe: Best Combination?

What do you think is a good combination/ratio of troops for the GoWiPe strategy at TH 8. I was thinking more along the lines of less tankers more wizards. I haven't used GoWiPe before and wondering what a good combination is. The composition I have come up with (With no experience with GoWiPe. Also composition is untested) is:

Troops

1 Golem
2 P.E.K.K.A
25 Wizards
8 Wallbreakers
4 Barbarians

Spells

2 Rage
1 Lightning

The idea for me with this strategy would be test for cc troops with barbarians, lure into the same spot and lightning. Choose area closest to TH and drop a few wizards to clear area. Drop Golem. Wait till defenses are focused on it then drop first set of wallbreakers. Send in P.E.K.K.A's as heavy damage. Deploy more wallbreakers to direct P.E.K.K.A's and Golem to the centre or open compartments to allow wallbreakers to open centre compartment. Drop wizards as follow up, especially on sides to direct P.E.K.K.A to the centre. Rage to either get to centre or when there and allow troops to run around.

Tell me what you think about this. More P.E.K.K.A's? No wallbreakers? Would like advice on using this strategy.

***EDIT***I use the BK/AQ for drawing my troops into the centre of the base. The cc also kinda wastes some of my troops to take care of so I just lightning it. If there are giants then the wizards take them out. If there are wizards my wizards and P.E.K.K.A will hopefully take them out while they are distracted by the golem :). Also for me wallbreakers are important in directing the troops. I think that in GoWiPe wallbreakers are often neglected due to the high damage outputs of the wizards and P.E.K.K.A. But without wallbreakers the troops can be breaking into any section. The wallbreakers help to guide them to the correct sections and allow them to wreak havoc in the important sections of an opponents base.

I would take off like 2 web and add more barbs so you could try luring cc and the bark king/archer queen to a further away spot other than that I think the plans pretty solid

can some other people please provide some feedback.

Sounds about right to me, too, you don't want to have to kill all the CC troops and royals with your own troops in the middle of the base, because that can be a bit risky given you're only TH8, you'd be relying a lot on your wizards to zap them all really fast. Only 1 golem is a bit light, so if you can afford it 2 golems would be better, but for TH8 1 golem is pretty common. You'll need to be quite careful in what bases you attack, especially if you don't want to sacrifice your king a lot. It's a fun strategy, but quite tricky to master.

For me personally luring the cc troops/heroes out and dealing with them before my main attack wastes troops. I normally lightning the cc and use the heroes to bring the troops to the centre towards the TH. I would probably rage the troops when taking down the heroes in the centre of the base. Why would you say it is risky to leave the heroes till I get to the centre? Why have 2 golems? Is it to sustain more damage for longer? Also if I did have 2 golems what would I swap out?

I use 2 rage 1 heal spell, then 2 golems and 2 pekkas, 19 wizards and 7 wallbreakers send out golems first, followed by about 5 wizards and all wbs that wil destroy everything around them while defenses are distracted by the golems. Make sure ur golems are always high on health and use a heal spell if one may die soon. Once they clear a path inside the base, send out both pekkas followed by about 7 wizards use the rest of ur wizards to destroy buildings on the outside of the base. As for the CC troops ur wizards do area splash damage and should easily take them out. hope this helped!

Why have 2 golems?

Because it's better than 1 golem :p

The Troops....? :')

My current sweet spot at TH 8 is:

2 golems
3 pekkas
2 barbarians
3 archers
rest wizards

2 rage / 1 lightning

I recommend using two golems as then you can distract a larger amount of defenses and two means better longevity.

Also with two golems, now you can easily put your Pekkas between them as they go to work progressing to the core.

The lightning spell can be dropped for healing or another rage but I personally like the lightning as I can take out the CC troops. I know some GowIPers don't really care about the CC, but your raid will be harder if you're dealing with a bunch of wizards pummeling on your golems and Pekkas.
