Spells not used in attack.

If I am able to save one of my spells and not use it in an attack. I end up having to edit my army and delete that spell any ways loosing the loot I spent on it. Why can't that saved spell go into the reserve army so I can use it in my next army or delete it without losing what I spent on it. This is constantly happening causing me to drop spells on the battle field I do not need because I know I will have to delete them back at my army any ways. It does not seem right to punish me because I was good enough to not need all my spells in an attack. The simple solution would be to have these spells go into the reserve army or allow me to transfer my extra spells from my main army to the reserve army.

Assume you are refering to when using a Saved Army Loadout, or on that same screen, Last Army Used.

For those saved layouts, yes, there must be room in the queue for the entire loadout. On the vast majority of my farming attacks, I too rarely use all spells, nor do I use all troops, yet I delete nothing already built. (BTW: If you do happen to brew a spell, or cook a troop, then delete it, you lost nothing. 100% of the cost is returned).

Because of the exact situation that you noted, on my defined loadouts I never define any spells. After an attack, I simply refresh any spells used manually, only use the loadout for troops. But that still then gives me an issue for troops not used. So to accomodate that, I have adopted the following practice for all loadouts: Select loadout. Immeidiately go to troop tab to delete unused troops from queue. Immediately go to spell tab to adjust spell queue (add or subtract).

That said, I do agree with you that the Last Army Used shoud only contain troops and spells actually used during the last attack, including your own (not donated) Siege Machine. That would indeed be a QOL improvement.

I do understand where you are coming from but I don't know what SC can do.

Something I do is to TRY to order my spells in the way I will use them.

I'm very likely to use a jump spell so it goes first in the queue. Sometimes that's the only spell I use so it works fine.

If I'm most likely to use a heal, that goes next and if I'm more likely to use a rage then that goes next.

Typically, I have ordered it this way, 1 jump, 1 heal, 1 rage, 1 heal then poison at the very last because it's more common not to use it than use it.

This almost always works for me. Have you tried that? Sometimes, I end up with too many spells of one kind and I have to delete it. Which is a bummer, I should have just used it. LOL Sometimes I just use a spell that I don't really need to. So it does happen to me too. But not often

I didn't fully follow your post but it would be nice if SC would pull them out of the que in the order used rather than the order they are in the queue. Same for troops would be helpful.

I have tried to arrange the order but I do not always have the same spell left over after an attack. It seems I am always having to edit my army and deleting spells left over. If those spells left over went into the reserve army or the end of the spell build list so it was not added to the army I already have built waiting it would solve this issue. Or if this is not easily done allow me to edit my army and shift spells or troops that were left over to the reserve army which should be empty after an attack.

I dont understand your post and am serious here .. are you talking about Clash of Clans??? Nothing about your post makes any sense in relation to this game.

It doesn't always work for me either but it's pretty rare that it doesn't. It would be nice if they were replaced as used not the order in the queue but I suspect that would cause other problems. I don't know.

Yes it is Clash of clans. I am not sure what is confusing about it I will try to be more clear. I usually have two identical armies built at a time. The second one is the one I am referring to as the reserve army. When I attack with the first army and use all my troops and spells the second reserve army fills my army camp and I can attack again. At this point the extra reserve army will be empty as it has filled my army camps and a new reserve army needs to be built. This works perfectly as long as I use all my spells and troops. I often do not use some of my spells. When I get back after not using say a rage spell my main army has an extra rage spell 3 instead of the 2 I normally carry and will be missing one of the other spells I usually carry. The only way to fix this is to edit my army and delete one of the rage spells in my army causing me lose the loot I spent on that spell. It would be nice if that extra spell I did not use went into the saved reserve army spot, (now empty), instead of the main army. Or allow me to edit my army and move that extra spell into the reserve army spot or delete it and get a refund for what I spent on it.
