First of all, the email acts as a verification but perhaps we could choose a nickname and define the email address as well.
But if this happens, and if you want to know an e-mail of one of your villages, what would you do? You won't be able to see that e-mail as there's a nickname instead. I would advocate your idea if both nickname and e-mail appear. People who have a considerable number of accounts will no longer have trouble choosing certain e-mail, as there would be a nickname. Imagine you have 4 accounts, each one of them has a different name, and when you want to move from one account to another, you got confused between the 4 e-mails that are appearing on the screen, so if there's a nickname on each one of those e-mails, then you'd easily differentiate.
This should be in the Ideas' sub-forum though.
of course
i'll post in the sub-forum, i didn't see it before sorry. i have 12 accounts and only 2 or 3 has the mail address similar to nickname. ok, after several time i'll memorize it, but with a "button" for choose nick or mail to view i think would be easier
It's one of the reasons that I don't change. This would be very helpful. however this is the wrong subforum and it has been suggested many times.
It doesn't even have to be a customizable nickname, just list our village name + associated email address.
Oh, and let us change the order of the list. I'd rather put my strongest villages at the top and weakest at the bottom rather than alphabetical.
FWIW, since you can choose any email you want when registering to SC ID, I created new emails with my base/ign included in the address. This makes it super easy to identify them.
