Because then people will continuously ask for builder lending to be extended and then to be able to lend multiple builders at a time. Give an inch and they'll take a mile.

Now what if a person has more than one accounts and gathers 10-15 boulders to one village

still i would not agree with your idea...why to lend or rent builder
(for resource...you can go for the raid)
(for maxing out faster...what are you gonna do after being maxed)

CG rewards and events rewards are helping us with everything...have patience and enjoy the game buddy

I posted this idea about abyear ago but can’t find the thread, my idea had more in depths rules like max 1 builder can be donated at once and also a max of 1 builder you can receive (this limits the possible abuse) and how it would work is a request pops up like a root request and you spend your gold (or elixir) and have a upgrade allocated for it so that way the donater knows how long the builders gone for and once it gets donated the upgrade starts then, and after the upgrades done the builder gets returned straight away back to the owner
