I really love to play this game (Clash of Clans) because it make me feel exciting and enjoy with it much. It not make me stress like another game that I used to play a few weeks than stop play. But I also want my country's flag (Cambodia's Flag) for my Clans too, i want to show another clans know us well while we competition.

In my country have people play this game a lot of, Their resentment, when they find don't see their flag.

There is simply no way that a tiny piece of graphics adds lag to the servers. I simply do not believe that!

In any case, even if this is true, there is a simple solution: add new flags but cap the number of flags that a player can have on the base. If the cap is set to be the current number of available flags, there won't be any issues with players being asked to give up flags etc. And presumably the current number of flags is set so that it does not hurt the servers.
