Please bring back completely losing shield on attack

I dislike the new shield mechanics greatly. Problems i have with it is I can never revenge attack because whenever i try to they're protected by a shield or guard. Another problem is being attacked by people out of my division and sometimes even league because so many people are shielded constantly and still attacking keeping their shields. it just rewards people being on for long periods of time constantly attacking people in lower divisions than themself

I'd be completely fine with being revenge attacked with a shield or even while being online and vice versa for me revenging. itd be a great punishment for players that max out their camps and barracks and put zero effort or resources into collectors and defenses and rely 100% on shields which i see way too much in my league

You're the first person I've seen who'd actually be okay with this.

I think this new system would completely ruin the current shield system, because then there'd be no reason in even having one if you could simply be attacked right through one. I'd only be okay with attacking through shields if it meant your opponent loses 0 trophies and 0 loot.

If you're in a higher league, I'd recommend just ignoring revenge for now, as it doesn't really make much of difference from attacking other players anyway.

A. Because its unfair to players with lower townhalls/division that are attacked by them to lose resources and not be able to regain any back by revenging because They're under a 12 hour shield because their awful base gets 3 starred way too easily by people actually in their division and B. Because they end up feeding resources to the players that actually are lucky enough to attack their base when they're offline and shieldless which rewards for simply being lucky

Players have no choice on who they get offered to attack so I'm not sure why you are mad at them for attacking players that they get offered by the game. Also loot penalties already protect players from higher leveled ths from attacking them.

Your idea would kill the game. I attack 300+ a season. It would be nearly impossible to save up for any upgrade if at any moment I could've be attacked by them. People would attack less and only weaker players.

Also why would anybody buy a shield for real money when they can still be attacked

Do you not think anything is wrong with the current shield system? Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems to me that because so many people are constantly shielded that you have to defend and attack against people that are sometimes one or even two divisions higher and everyone that i talk to in chat hates when they're attacked by higher divison players or can only attack lower divisions players with barely any resources

There is no need to revenge them back. Attack 5 other bases in the time you spend thinking about needing a revenge. That guy is one of millions and someone else will attack him if you don’t. He doesn’t care at all whether you revenge him or not.
