New mind blowing Spell idea "THE CAGE"

The Dark Spell Factory allows the player to create Dark Spells using Dark Elixir. There are currently four Dark Spells: the Poison Spell, Earthquake Spell, Haste Spell, and Skeleton Spell and my new spell "CAGE"
When we leave that spell, the troops are caught by this new spell, when they drop spell or leave them on the basis, the troops disappear. This will be our prisoner. Prisoners will go to the "storage of soldiers". ("Cage" will appear by donation option by near gems donation menu)
Military storage limit should be at 100 housing locations so that we can donate to others.
We get three benefits accordingly ...
1. The cloud will be fine
2. Multiple accounts will no longer be useful. (Donating soldiers in many accounts of their own)
3. TH9 players can donate the army and make some space in the top clan. (For example, collecting electro dragon in the storage of soldiers in the rival base)

How can we fix the cloud ..!

For the loot, players in the lower league should not compromise with the players of TH 10 or above.
If a th8 player only leaves this new spell

So basically, an easy way to kill the enemy CC. Instead of using a combination spells and troop deployment you just drop this spell and poof the enemy cc is gone.

Sorry, making the game easier is not really something that I would like.

Many top class players on the lower league are hidden. On the attack the TH8 players are watching a lot of TH11 basses and clicking on the next button. They are looking for the th8 base to find the equivalent level of the opponent, so no one will attack on the TH11 basis. If this magic rival takes the CC soldiers, TH8 trophy goes from 30 to 60 in one day, TH11 thus increasing the 30 or 35 trophies after the soldiers are caught. It will reach the next league without doing any work. Another idea I have planned is that. If the rival army camp is seen then it is easy to catch soldiers. So it would be very easy. But after the 29% attack, we get a 30-minute guard time. So this is not a good idea.

95% of the time when I'm low my cc has no troops or archers why would anyone want to take troops and what's to stop me from drop any cups earned anyways.

Also more people higher up will only make clouds worse
