I removed the email address you might end up getting on some spam lists.
That is strange I'd suggest filing a support ticket - if you do it in game > cog icon on the right it will be dealt with pretty quickly.
Sound like your village is not connected with google+ but someone else did.
Do you share your google+ with someone ?

So when you log in with that game center to the game , it asks if you want to load the village linked to that game center. Can you please tell if someone gave you an account?
