I disagree with this logic. Why soften the clouding up top (where the tiniest minority of players reside) by making it worse for everyone else below? As Spock once put it, "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few." Clouds suck, there's no doubt about it. But don't force everyone else below you to share in your pain just so yours is slightly lessened.

So your solution would wreck the game for 10% in order to maie it a bit less wrecked for the top 0.1%.

Not a good trade off IMV.
