Everyone should have a personal log which shows
1).active hours in last season
2).attacks in last season
3).clan game points in last season
4).donation in last season
5).war stars won in last season
6).daily loot stars won in last season
you get the idea, so that it will be easy to manage clan
And maybe add like a "more" option and add
total gold collected last season so on and so forth
There’s a website called “Clash of Stats” that gives you a rundown like this, but an in-game feature like this I fully support.

I'm honestly not sure how I feel about this, because even if you offer the option to toggle it to private then you're bound to face the stigmata of "Why is it private? What are you hiding?"
BUT as a clan leader and recruiter I'd love to be able to quickly see these stats.

3) I don't think you are really concerned about exactly how many points I may have made in clan games but more an overall level of contribution. That is already really easy to see and quite honestly if you are leading a clan you likely are looking at the daily clan games stats several times a day and you already know who contributes and who just skates by.
4) Donates last season are very easily viewable during the season itself and again, if you are any kind of active leader, you already know where your problem children are.
5) War stars won last season indicates nothing. If I am busy upgrading my heroes I will have no war stars won. Again, each war shows quite well how your teammates are doing.
6) Same response as #1
For those who are requesting to join your clan, I can see #3 and #4 maybe having some value but in my experience, what someone did last month is not a real good indicator, you really need to test drive the new mate and see how they perform. I may have been on vacation last month, my clan folded and now i'm looking for a new one. My stats would look horrible and not reflect reality. I may join your clan with great stats last month and turn out to be a horrible teammate.
Don't try to lead a clan by the numbers, they only tell a partial story at best and without knowing the information behind the numbers, they can actually lead you in the wrong direction. My thoughts only.

I don’t think SC will show this stuff. They don’t show negative things in profiles like that. The closest they got to it was showing the war losses, but the clan can make it private.
