This morning desapear 500 gems from my account please someone from supercell help me.

If you have not used them you will need to use support to raise this issue. Use the in game support function and email supercell with as much detail as possible.
You should receive an email back with a case number then you will have to wait for a response regarding your issue.
None of the mods here can check the servers to see where the gems were spent, or if there was a database issue.
Please use the in-game reporting (from the account in question) and they will be able to look at the logs and determine if they were accidentally spent or if there is a true issue needing to be resolved.
To contact our customer support via the in-game reporting:
Click the Settings icon (gears) in the lower right.
Then click the "help and support" button
Then click the "report an issue" button
Then click the "Other Problem" button
This will generate an e-mail to support with whatever e-mail you've configured on the device.
That e-mail will contain an area called "Do Not Delete" including your unique PlayerID, which is what will help speed up your request.
