Long delays/clouds due to clan games, barracks boost and 2 events

TH level means nothing on searches, it's all about your trophy amount vs. there trophy amount. But what is awkward today for me is that it finds only low opponents (2-300 trophies below me) and not a single one around my own league level. Nearly impossible to advance any further that way. I had counts of over 80 searches in a row with not a single base that would have given me more then 10 trophies.

I remember there being periods where we had the one gem boost and non-stop events with Clan Games appearing as well. I can’t remember the specifics or the time to be able to argue it though. It all comes down to how SC tweaks the available bases, both inactive and active.

Looking at a sampling of my games, different TH levels and leagues, I see a wide variety in the defense logs. Some go a day or more without being attacked in spite of not being touched for several days and having collectors on the outside. One of my near maxed TH9 games in upper Gold - untouched for 3 days - wasn’t even attacked for 24 hours during the height of the clouds. Same goes for a couple of TH7s in Silver. Then I have another TH9 that was attacked 2H, 3H, 18H, 32H, and 46H ago (some awful attacks in there, yet all were full attacks)...but had zero defenses for ***12 days*** before that (and it was not under a shield). Still others get hit every 12-18 hours. It’s all over the place, so there’s no doubt that SC has some kind of control over it, unless TH9s with full collectors and half full storages are just being skipped by players on a regular basis.... :smirk:

Dude , don’t more kiding please. Drop trophies don’t help. Clouds every where. Just don’T need make 3 events at one day. We have all august. I write that yesterday 😉 when have mini i silver and clouding without chat.

It's a pretty simple thing why some bases get attacked constantly and others don't: If you're in a league where the majority of players is way below your base level most players will skip you (who would attack a TH9 with a TH6/7 in siver). If you're in a high league for your TH level (e.g. master/champ with TH8) you will get constantly attacked as there are a lot players with higher TH then you that easily 3 star you no matter how good your base is built.
Imho it has nearly nothing to do with where you put loot hence if you have any loot at all. I'd see almost every day someone raiding me 1-2 minutes after my shields gone that used like 3-400k elixier army to gets 20-30k loot and almost no trophys from my base. Only benefit they have is an easy 3 star being 2-3 TH levels higher then me. And my base is even built so they could take all the loot for free with just the heroes and 1 star but it's rare someones taking that deal.

I believe it stops mattering at some point (Legend? Titan?), but there's clearly a slight tendency to see your own TH level, and strong tendency to see +/- 1 your TH. So if you're TH12 the pool of available targets is mostly th12/th11. If the 12s are all active and you're sharing the 11s with the other frantically searching 11s, perhaps that leads to 12s generally seeing clouds all over the place while the issue resolves for everyone else.

I think what he's talking about is something I've noticed too - a dormant base that you don't check on, gets attacked once every couple of weeks. Reactivate the account by raiding (say, a new building drops for your th), and suddenly you're raided on a normal schedule. Its a pretty obvious effect if you have several parked accounts.

I agree, in Italian we say "La frittata è stata fatta", literally "The frittata has been done!" i.e. what happened by now has happened. I wish that by henceforth clan games and troop events won't take place at the same moment, because the clouds in Legend League are almost unbearable!
