Hello guys, I had an account of coc on another device, it was connected to my Facebook. When I try recovering it by connecting to Facebook the game asks me to change my Facebook connection from my old account (I wish to recover) to the new account from the recent install, my old account was not connected to Google, and Supercell ID didn't exist at the time, what do I do? Can anybody help?
facebook does not save your progress.

Facebook does not backup nor restore accounts, only Google (for Android) and Supercell ID does that. Contact in-game support for account recovery.
From what you write: if you don't have the old device any longer and you did NOT save the village to google, there probably is little that SC CS can do for you.... but it won't hurt to at least try.
There is no way anyone on these forums can help you. You really need to contact support
I have no idea why SC gives you the option to ‘connect’ your village to Facebook when what it should say is ‘advertise the game to your friends whilst not really connecting at all’.
I assume that Apple, Google and SuperCellID does about the same, when it comes to connecting your identity to a game.Quote:
