But what we are discussing here is how the updates are affecting the loot. We are just stating that the updates are not delivering what was promised. The updates promise to give us more variety in loot ranging from low loot to high loot of 350k/400k. Please see below for SuperSteve quote;
"In the new loot system, I might see 4 matches with 25k loot, and then another one with 1 million, and another with 50k, another with 500k, another with 100k, and so on.. So, again, in short, we expect this new system will mean some BIGGER raids, and also more of a variety of loot targets."
Yes, the high loot do appear but they occur too rarely (and often in the form of max bases). It is definitely not 4 match with 25k and 1 match of 1mil, which means 20%. The actually % of high loot is more like 3-5%.
This update have nothing to do with inactive bases. Including inactives bases into this discussion will give an inaccurate evaluation of how the update is working.
Let say if everyone now is saying the loot is good(due to the abundance of inactive bases) and SC declares that this update is working as everyone is happy with loot. Next week, SC starts to reduce the inactive in the search and everyone suffers as the update is not working in the first place but was just sugar coat by the temporary increased of the inactive bases.
What we want here is helping SC getting their updates right. As such, we should be discussing how the updates are affecting the loot. Not distracted by the increased of inactive bases.
