Help for clanmate with account

One of my clanmates has an account with sc id. He is ill and in the hospital at the moment, and somehow someone hacked his email, and got control of his base. He removed all speciall obstacles, and used gems to upgrade a giant bomb... My clanmate has changed the password on his mail, and contacted sc support. But at this moment things get difficult. He has been harrased by someone for over a year, sending friendrequest, and on some moment she got her clan to report him, all of them did, and this resulted in a permanent ban, fortunatly sc overturned this, but because he has had help before they won’t help him with this problem. How can he get him off his account?

i still cant believe that some only hacks emails to get the clash accounts. this "hacker" must know which emails are used for clash of clans. to know this clashers might shared their account and email details to strange websites for "free gems" or strangers on fb.
another strange thing in your post is that first you talk about your clanmate "he" and than "she" and than again "he".

your post say that your clanmate got his account recovered once before. in this case your clanmate will not get his account back. account recovery only works one time.

Does he still have control of the email he used to create the SCID on that account? If so, not all is lost. The password needs to be changed. If he considers you a close friend, is he well enough to tell you the current password so you can change it for him? He or you can then sign out of SCID on his device and re-establish SCID with the new password.

If none of this is possible, then the rest of the news isn’t good.

changing password on the associated scid email will not effect the scid directly. the "hacker" is still able to play as long as you dont delete the scid account from the device of the "hacker". once the scid is deleted from the device you need a new verification code to register the scid to the device. only at this moment the new email password effects becaus you must enter the email account to get the scid email.

I stand corrected then. I always thought the email could change and SCID wouldn’t work anymore. (Wish that was the case.) :( Thanks.

He really doesn’t know how this hacker got to his email, he knows who it is, he also has his cr account. And he already changed the password of his mail, but this didn’t help. The one who did this is an old clanmate of his. He knows his name, and in which country he lives.

do you want to say that a different person changed the password for your clanmate?

No, he changed it himself, and the last time support helped was because of this person who got him banned,

Unfortunately, as Wotanwaton said, he’s already recovered the account once so he can’t do it again. That said, you might be able to make a plea on his behalf, given his circumstances. No promises but it might be worth a try.
