At the moment donations to the clan castles for war do not count for your overall donations. I usually fill my clan 2x a week for war and there is no reflection on the donation numbers.

Because it can be taken advantage of. You can dump war cc troops and refil as much as you want. Even though xp is worthless people would still do it. Ruled out also
