Have a different Tab on the Builder Icon which not only displays the Suggested Upgrades but ALL the Buildings and Troops/Spells that are not maxed yet. It's also better if we can sort it out by upgrade Time or Cost and it's best if we can put a Mark on them so that we will not forget our next upgrade.
I think it'd be nice to have a bit more cushion space to deploy troops. It'll definitely help users that don't have tablets, particularly when people try to use buildings and wall pieces to decrease the space you have to work with.

Only TH12 can use Siege Machines.
You should stop to allow Machines donation to TH10 and 11. Then Machines will be the most attractive feature available in TH12 like Warden in TH11. That leads more users heading to upgrade their TH to 12.

One more thing ... between the clan member lets add trading the magic items ... example i can sale any magic item in my clan with gold or ellixer..no need to use diamond cause in some country like mine .. syria is so diffecult to buy diamond..
Or lets add some thing like renting a builder to my clan member with also gold or ellixer .. lets say one clan member his builder all busy and i have free builder so i can give him my builder with paid gold
