The possibility to switch the warden to ground/air and the heroes to guard/sleep during their regeneration sleep after a fight.
In addition it would be great to have different troops in the clancastle for defense and offense.
It's just an idea, but how about expanding the clan options? There might be an extra menu item as the "clan headquarter" ... where you can check for example the latest news, war tactics, a private forum or (and that's my favorite idea) a clan cash register, for deposits and payouts to clan members.
I think a better communication in the clan should be possible. Many thinks just go away because it is not read from anyone. There should be a way to check the activity of each member.

Being able to pause boost potions...
There have been a handful of times when i THOUGHT I was going to have time to farm/raid- but then something comes up and the potion is largely wasted.
How about being able to assign more than one Builder to an upgrade in order to reduce the time required? Two Builders complete it in half the time and so on. You would also add a 'Remove Builder' button too, in case your 'spare' Builder became required elsewhere.

- Notifications for Friendrequests, CW-Attacks and even more: What do you think about a big screen in the edge of the village and this will show the notifications ?
- Chats: Why is there still only a Global and Clan chat??? I´m sure a lot of people want to talk with other clashers from their friendslist.
- NEW Troops request system: I think it would be better when we can select the troops(and level) that we want so nobody can spent the wrong troops.
U should increase the time of attacking by 5seconds or so
Can we get chat log for friendlist player or we should able to mail the friendlist players
