Bring back Revenge attacks!

Title says it all, bring back the usefulness of revenge attacks, I mean now if someone gets 90%+ they get a 16hour shield but then on top of that they get an active guard, making it nearly impossible to get revenge, I was think maybe for revenge attacks specifically instead of getting a shield the person being attacked receives a 15-30 min guard instead of 16 hours of protection, this bringing back the use of revenge attacks, now people have to weigh the pros and cons of attacking someone for fear of revenge.

What benefit do you think this would give to the game?

I can see how certain pkayers would like it,but most aren't concerned with revenge, and would hate it.

I think it would make people think and consider more before attacking someone else,make the person think about the possible consequences, the revenge attack used to be useful, I mean for someone pushing for trophies revenge would be perfect, it would also make it harder to push, this adding more of a challenge due to the fact you know you can and will be attacked, what’s the point of having that revenge button if you can’t even use it. In all honesty it’s a broke feature in my eyes and it needs to be fixed or scrapped.

if this is only for legend league, it wouyld help out the cloud problems, wouldnt it?

I was thinking of having revenge attacks on its own system, right now you get a shield that protects you from normal means of attack through searching and revenge as well. What if we instead had a different shielding system just for revenge attacks. For example: P1 has been attacked by P2 and receives a 16hour shield to protect him from other multiplayer attacks, but P3 has been attacked by P1, and P3 wants revenge for the 20 trophies taken. And P3 is able to attack P1 even when P1’s shield is up but the only way for P1 to be attacked is via revenge. The idea is pretty rough, but I’m just spit balling right now

Your logic is flawed. If you have loot that I can take I’m going to hit you. Even if there’s a chance you could revenge attack me. I’m going to take a defense when I log off anyhow, so who is hitting me is irrelevant

Read my last response, it would make it so that only people doing revenge would be able to attack you while you have a shield up that was received from the conventional way

I think this discourage attacking in multiplayer. Why look for random bases in multiplayer when I can just farm my revenge list? Just wait for someone on the list to get close to a big upgrade then attack. Big loot for me and tons frustration for the guy I hit who had a week long shield so he could protect his loot for that upgrade. Then I get hit in a similar fashion through my shield because someone was farming their revenge list. I’m not letting that happen again! No more multiplayer for me. Why would I when my revenge list there for big loot? Shields exist for a reason and getting attacked through them for any reason is a bad idea. While I agree revenge is useless, this is not the way to fix it.

Revenge works in lower leagues. In legends league it doesn’t work due to the delay that is built in and necessary. No changes are needed in my opinion.

OP, this "idea" of yours has been suggested many times. Please, before posting ideas, think about the possible consequences, not only the profit it gives to you.
