As far as CAN is concerned, yes, everything CAN be permanent. But will SC make it permanent? That's real question. Only SC knows it, and they even won't tell you if they have considered to make it permanent!
Well, take it as a request, I guess.
Yes, let's hope they consider the request and do it sometime in future as many other people also like giant skeleton.

i do hope that darians words stay true and they let the seasonal troops stay seasonal. they want to make the new troops unique and not crossover.
I wish they added it permanently yet i wish it stayed seasonal. It would also not be as fun to bring over more troops from clash royale.
I just want to put 2 max Giant Skeletons in a wall wrecker and send them to the TH, in a morbid, suicide bomber sort of way. :p
Thats a problem with the giant skellington as a permanent troop - it might be very OP in the CC on defenceQuote:
