This is great news, I’m glad to hear it. This Hay Day forum was my longtime first home here and has a special place in my heart.

Hey, Tomville! :D You should come hang out here more often!
Clash of clans has about 17000 visitors at any movement of time when I have noticed, do well clash of clans subforums are not going any where soon
That’s great news for the hay day and clash of clans forumers
It’s a shame you can’t convince drew to at least keep the bb sub-forum read only at least, the wealth of knowledge on there is invaluable ... the few weeks notice we have been given might not be enough for people to move the guides etc across to other formats
Even better, convince Drew to see himself out and leave us alone.
We survived just fine on our own through Rlight's tenure.

Now we are in the age of unlimited superfast home broadband - it wouldnt take a lot of effort or resource for someone to set up and run a new unofficial forum.
Maintenance is not a huge effort unless it is modified from a standard template, most management can be farmed out to knowledgeable users (retired people dont automatically have dementure).
The real question would be one of would the game company be willing to allow this out of thier hands.
