Why can't the siege machine be set by default instead of clan castle troops?
This has to be the 1000th post on this topic.. AND I SUPPORT IT YET AGAIN..

PLEASE CHANGE THE DEFAULT SIEGE MACHINE BEHAVIOUR TO ALWAYS BE CARRIER!!!
Yep capital letters... that will surely make SC make his change...
For me, I prefer it the way it is. I don't use the WW for farming only wars. I farm attacks a lot more than I do war attacks.
Most will be used to changing it now if they want to use it.

i am so tired of starting a war attack then discovering none of the 4 siege machines I know I have are available to place in the war, as I have more than one account it is frustrating that the donators and the receivers have to use different selection processes to do an attack! Make all attacks the same! Either give us all automatic siege machines that we can deselect! Or make every player at the same disadvantage and have to actually select the siege machine!
Obviously the the better option would be that the strongest siege machine available for your attack should be the default!
i supply all the siege machines to my entire clan and repeatedly it is me that is stuck without one, once I start my war attack, as I am so concentrated on getting my attack right that I begin placing troops the look for my war machine to discover, that once again on this account it is not automatically available! ���������� grrrr
With my TH10 and TH11 I nowadays hardly take clan troops with me any longer because for me the darn thing keeps on being defaulted to the SM - and outside of war, due to our clans not having many th12 yet, I don't use them. I save them for the war ... and they simply refuse to stay 'not selected' by default .... silly things should stay in the garage when not needed
Problem with th12 is, that there is no logic on default choises at all: If you have donated machine, its selected. If you don't have donated one, but have own one, its not selected, instead troops in cc. So on half of attacks, i forget to change it.Quote:

even adding to the annoyance, if you do remember to select it, it is still not the default troop selected to drop. so many times now i have selected the siege, thought i dropped, spam miners and heroes and see my siege still unused.....d'oh!
