SuperCell ID Suggestion....

I think SuperCell should add the feature "Remove this ID from all devices" option... Meaning it logs this account out of every device, being apple android or PC phone simulators.. This wont take to much effort for them to push this out.. but i can guarantee its something that everyone would be really appreciated of.. Like myself, i have accounts on old phones that i have lost recently and i have no way to remove it from the phones, and the thought of someone being able to log onto it and messing things up like **taking a clan, or messing with base ect.** I know myself would really love for this to be added.. I hope they do and really put some thought into this. Not game changing and it adds even more of a protection..

Lock your phones when not in use, problem solved.

Why do you believe that might make a significant difference?

Locking phones prevents casual access, it doesn't stop a determined hacker.

Determined hacker focus their time on accessing CoC accounts? If my phone got hacked, the last thing I am going to worry about is my CoC account.

Believe it or not, there are determined hackers for literally anything you put your mind towards... People want what they want and some can just brute force into things using softwares.

You can posit just about anything you can imagine but that does not mean it is a reality nor is it practical. How many incidence are there for people having the determination and ability to bypass the phone lock just to take over someone else's CoC account? Keep in mind that I am talking about someone who can actually hack the phone and unlock it not someone who just stole the phone while it is unlocked or the owner willingly loaning the phone to a "friend".

I see a lot of posts here in the forum where people are asking for this feature because they have already logged in their account into someone else's device and they can no longer contact that someone to remove their account.

You can remotely wipe your phone should this occur and thereby protecting not only your personal data but also your CoC account.

Even with that being the cause in general, this being added can be used as a good thing.. lendedor hacked//stolen through lost phone devices... You have to think about the positives rather then the negatives just cause you dont agree with the situation and or Idea. You have some good reasoning, i will not deny it, but its the general idea of it being added that should be considered cause it literally does no harm only good for the players.. You act like adding this feature is gonna break the game somehow by responding with more negative feedback rather then a positive. but thank you for a response in general i appreciate it! It makes others think about it in a more brod range.

At what point in my responses did I insinuate that the idea will break the game? Disagreeing with you does not equate to a negative feedback. Additionally, what is wrong with stating a negative feedback? A negative feedback does not necessarily mean it is incorrect. This forum allows for disagreements and is the reason why discussions occur.

Adding a feature to a game or any software should not hinge on not doing harm, it should make sense. If some other external feature (such as the device) already offers the features that solves the problem then it does not makes sense to add it. The problem is already solved, no sense in reinventing the wheel.

Firsr, if your device gets stolen, the odds are ut will get broken. That does not mean anybody is going to the effort of hacking it just to get at Clash, and nobody has suggested that is likely.

But second, even if you can lock your phone, and you can set it up so that you can wipe it remotely, that doesn't solve the problem, it just reduces the number affected.

And then on top of that, you have the issue where you borrow a friends device to play on, or even just to show them your base, but forget to log out.

Your "solution" would only be a solution if people were perfect.

How many incidences of this actually happening now? I can acknowledge that the examples given are plausible but is it really a problem that SC needs to address? Are we simply imagining problems so that we can justify the proposed solution? If locking your phone reduces the numbers affected to such small numbers that it is negligible, is it still worth adding a feature on top of those that already exist?

The solution is not only for people who are perfect. It does not take perfection to lock your phone.

I dont think you are seeing the brighter picture, rather then just only seeing your way, and your way only. Either a wide vast of players need it or dont.. Not every game adds something that players have demanded for.. Not to mention this would be in settings so i dont see why it would be a massive deal to just say "hey this is a good idea" rather then trying to act like we are dumb for standing by this feature. Ive gave you props to your statements and even agree'ed that it made sense and put my input..

So, I am not supposed to state why I object to this idea and simply agree with you even though I don't, simply because it is not a massive deal to say "hey this is a good idea"?

The brighter side of the picture as I see it is that there already exists features that solves your problem and you can take advantage of them now, no waiting required and no effort on SC's part.

All this time I have been talking about the ability to lock your phone and to protect your data that is already built into the device. Not once have I said that there is an option in the game that solves your problem.
