New Defence Bulding: Ice Wizard Tower

This would be like a Normal Wizard Tower, but insted will have an Ice Wizard in the top.

How it works: When there are troops attacking, the ice wizard will shoot ice to them, damageing them and sowing them down.

Level 1 stats:
Damage per second: 21
Damage per hit: 36
Hitpoints: 735
Build time: 2 days
Range: 7 tiles
Damage type: Area Spash
Targets: Ground and Air
Favourite Target: Any


Other detalies:
Max level: 12
Speed decrese: 5
Unlocked at Town Hall 9

I know the ice wizard was a limited time troop, and i would really like him to be added to the game permanetly. If that not, i hope at least they add this new defence building.

Feel free to nerf or buff the idea. And most important, respect this idea.

I respect your idea. But this going to get too OP and defenses at TH9-TH12 are mostly OP. And TH9 is almost a huge grind, and not every idea has to be for TH9.
I think we dont need it:)
