The only clans with this problem are those clans with a clan management problem.
There are countless threads on this topic, with countless responses describing why it is a bad idea.

If you invite every new member to war its your fault if they are leaving.
Just bring in trusted people this leads to less frustration.

Forcing players to stay in your clan is not a solution. They still can’t be forced to attack. Also, many players leave their clan during war to get better troops donated from sister clans or req and leave clans.
Well if you bring just trusted people you dont have the problem... Write your clan rules in your clan description.
with this idea, the clash of clans will have many more new clans active in wars !!
