I propose a revenge option for those players that join a clan, ask for troops, get filled up and then leave. a 100% loot raid for clan leader and elders for 48 hours. I'm a bit biased, but I would suggest that it be repeatable for the next 48 hours.
This option would appeal to all the clans, and give one more reason to strive for elder status, and also punish the players that act dishonorably.
