WorkShop at TH level 12 encourages rushing

Those wich have not maxed out already on TH 11 would just upgrade to TH 12 just to get the siege WorkShop, rushing unintentionally. Pls, make that you would be able to build the siege WorkShop at TH 11, so you would max out before moveing to TH 12. Pls take this in consideration.

So wouldn't that just cause people at TH10 to rush to TH11? Then what?

Well, I think at TH 12 is a little to high. Town Hall 11 would be enough, considering that you can still unlock the electro dragon even if you are at TH 11,

So, please help me understand the 'unintentionally' part. There is nothing unintentional about it, you have to intentionally push the upgrade TH button, you have to intentionally push the build workshop button. Sounds to me that it is under your full control. If you choose to rush to TH12 for any reason, you are free to do so and you will gain whatever you gain or suffer whatever you suffer based on that choice.

I don't think this needs adjustment whatsoever.

If the workshop is allowed in TH11 there is "no need" to move to TH12 and as JohnnyPC stated then TH10 will rush to TH11 crating a vicious cycle.

I don't think it should be moved. That's the TH12 meta as of the moment.

Agreed, sometimes you have to accept the fact that you don't get to build big boy toys until you become a big boy.

Why not make players max all buildings and troops before they can upgrade TH. Seems forcing players to buy everything but not forcing them to max stuff has made loads of ppl rush

If siege workshop if moved to TH11, what would be my incentive to move to TH12? Keep siege workshop at TH12. So what if it encourages rushing? It's the rusher's disadvantage if he chooses to upgrade his TH without maxing stuff

OP, I see your point but remember that technically every new addition makes someone want to rush. Rushing is a personal problem, not a problem with the game, so I don’t think it should be addressed.
