Fish floatie

I am certain this is not a senior moment...I just purchased the diamond package with the little pinwheels (I love those!) and went to my list of decorations to retrieve the pinwheels and place them on my farm. I found these in the “diamond purchase” list of my items BUT there was also a fish floatie in my inventory!

Not only did I not purchase this fish floatie but I’ve never seen it offered before this current event we are having. This is a complete mystery to me, did I miss something? Everyone have this fish floatie? It’s cute as a bug and I am happy to have it but where did I acquire it?

The blue fish float toy is the last threshold of the current help event - look at your personal goals the last one.

Patty, the fish floatie was the last threshold prize for the current help event. So if you’ve had 65 helps since Wednesday, you got the fish floatie then.

Anoush, I have found the easiest place to find the decorations that come with diamond purchases is to look in the storage tab of the shop. It’s the one that looks like an open box. You may have to scroll down to find them. I purchased all 3 and IIRC the pinwheels were a bit farther down the list than the sand path and cooler.

Momscar, thank you for the explanation. I have well over 65 helps and still going, I expected the fish floatie to be rewarded after the event finished. I guess I should have realized that the floatie was like any other threshold prize. Wow, apparently this actually was a senior moment. Again, thank you!

It looks like we get 5 of the sand path sections as the global prize (assuming we make the goal) as well as the fish floatie threshold prize. As someone who likes deco prizes, I’m pleased. It will also be nice for those who like the sand path to be able to get more through the diamond deco offer on top of the 5 from the global prize.

It would be nice if Greg had the sand path on display somewhere, but if it’s there, I’ve missed it. The other deco offers are there.

I noticed this as well and my beach needs it!! :)

Since the sand path was offered simultaneously as an event prize and a diamond deco offer, my guess is that there was an “Oops” somewhere and that the global prize was supposed to be the windsurfing sign.

Or the windsurfing sign in the deco prize for the upcoming summer derby

Yes, I just noticed that it is a special derby prize that will be limited to the trophy-winning teams. Who came up with this idea? It’s the second time they’ve used it. (The first offered the flowering trees that had previously been a diamond deco offer to the trophy winners.) I considered opting in this week, but the thought of our NH working its derrière off and not making it to the top 3 is just too awful.

Yeah. That's so not cool about only the top 3 trophy winning neighborhoods getting that beach sign. If I had known about it last week I would have had our neighborhood throw last weeks derby instead of coming in the middle of the pack like always. 😕

If people don't complete a task they don't join in on prizes? Correct?
