OP - the forum can not help your "friend" but as others have pointed out...
- account sharing/donation/buying/selling is against the Terms Of Service
- do not post personal details on the internet
- probably not a good idea to complain about "scammers" while calling yourself "hacker....."
- your "friend" needs to contact Supercell Support
