last week I lost my phone.Today I perches my new phone but I can't open my old town hall using same maill I'd and password.Lost clash of clan id was not connected with super cell.Now, if I try to open my clash game one new I'd is open using same maill address that was registered with old one.

account recovery only works one time.

Reread his post:
Same ID and password suggests the old game was saved. Opening clash and new ID suggests that he opened the game and expected it to load immediately. It doesn't. You have to play through. Whether it's a few text bubbles or the entire tutorial, isn't really the point. OP needs to go through the toturial before the old village can be loaded.Quote:
