Why do people max out?

Because when you max out a th it makes it easier to max out the next th and also it adds an intimidation factor on defense. It will also help attacking as you will have maxed camps (for your th of course) maxed troops (for your th) maxed spells (for your th) and a maxed cc(for your th). It also looks AWESOME! And you can brag to other people about it lol

Because you can not go back to the previous levels, so enjoy every level while you can.

Yeah and the last thing u want is to have good troops at lvl5-6 and get nice raids only to have a th7 revenge you and 3 star your base cause your premmie.Not a good thing at all

Why don't people max out?

That's a better question to ponder.

Just for an easier life for future th levels.
