Loot penalty
It allows for a easier time playing the game, a achievement of short time to work towards, looks sweet and ya thats about it.

Because you get a loot penalty from attacking people with Town halls below you. If you are Town hall 8 and you attack a Town hall 7 for example, you get a 10% loot penalty. If you max out Everything, it makes it easier to attack people at your Town hall level or above. :rolleyes:Quote:
