That's why there are gems or the book of heroes.
I don't like to spend money on gems if this is implemented then some who spends very little money can not have to wait to use the hero's but thanks for the cocky comment broQuote:

Hero upgrade times from levels 2-39 have been reduced quite drastically, so waiting for their upgrades to finish is not nearly as frustrating as it was about a week ago when the times weren't reduced.
I too would like to use them while they upgrade, but I don't see this happening anytime soon. Heck, there's an entire petition to make heroes usable in war that started almost 4 years ago, and that still hasn't been implemented into the game.
For now, all we can do is either wait for the upgrades to finish, use gems, or use a Book of Heroes/Everything when you have one to use as Phoenix suggested above. There is a BoE in this set of clan games if your clan gets 50k points, so if you need one, now's your chance!
Gems keep the servers running. Heroes are a good source of revenue for SC. Chip in or wait... there’s no need for you to be rude eitherQuote:

I don't think there will ever be a stage in the game that will allow heroes to be used whilst they are being upgraded unless SC is desperately looking to retain users. :rolleyes:
Because, if that happens why limit it to heroes, why shouldn't defense function in the same way?
When you think about it, these are all strategic stuff. As long as the game provides good matches, there are no concerns.
Can we make it so we can use it in war? heros are defending in war while upgrading why not attacking aswell?
