More than one game account is fine, the rule is not enforced and unless other breaches of the terms of service occur the chances are it won't be.
(more than one forum account is very much forbidden)
OP - you need a second Game Centre account, create the other game on the new device and then log in and out on either devices.
If you aren't going to enforce some of the rules...what's the point of any of them?
Solution...change the ToS, or the wording of at least. Yes ppl will still 'do this', but if they've been doing it and SC turn round and start enforcing it, there will be uproar.

MXROBIN-I have my iphone as back up, it has my clash of clans main saved too, but my mom told me to transfer it to the ipad which is much better for me actually
Howie-I guess it is against the ToS but I think they meant to sell your second account?

Oh and one more question, would it pop up message to my ipad 1 asking if I want to put my main account on this one? I heard that some said that they did exactly what you all stated, but it asks every log in if you want to have old account on that certain device. Any answers to this please?
You use the gc on your original device and enter it onto the new device and if you are wanting to have 2 accounts then you enter the gc made for your new device and use it for your old device, hope I answered your question :)
