Supercell-ID wrong connected google play

Hello fellow clashers,

So I was trying to make for every of my accounts a supercell ID, but what happend, i connected 1 supercell id to a lvl 1 village. So if i try to tap 'Connect with google play' it says load ur townhall 10, when i load it i connect to a level 1 village... i already asked for help in CoC but the conversation is gone... where will i get a reply? Or any1 knows how to fix this?

Thanks for ur reply. I emailed them but I got an automatic reply.. do i still need to reply to that automatic or do i just need to wait? @Clash12344321

1. you could not post twice.😜
2. contact the ingame support. they are the only people who could give you the code.

the easyest way would be to create a new email account.

another player happened this too. the support unbind the email from the th 1 village but the system still think the email is in use. support could move his village to this email but it would use the one time recovery chance.

So what should I do now :/ I have clan wars tonight lol and we are pretty sweaty...

When is CoC going to do something? Where will I see the reply from my in-game conversation?

the support will answereon the way you contacted them.

try to load your village with googleplay. it should load without problems.

Nope, when i try to connect with google play it says 'load ur th10 village via supercell-id' and then when i click ok i load the lvl 1 village... they should make it so you can disconnect supercell-id from google play...

you have saved your th10 village with supercell id. remeber the correct email and its obviously not the email you currently try.
