Gems issue, charged X2, yet not recieved
Long story short, purchased 500 gems, Internet cut out after put in password, go back into game, asked to buy 500 gems in loading screen, think its initial buy prompt so accept, go into game and have not recieved gems, check bank and see I'm charged X2 500 gems yet not recieved in game.
Does anyone have experience with this/has it happened to anyone else? Also are supercell good with their customer support and will they rectify my issue? The only other mobile game producer I've had experience with has terrible customer support (gamevil) so hoping supercell isn't the same.
