Quality of Life idea - Removing troops you donated by mistake

Sometimes when donating to members of your clan, we can often donate wrong troops. This is true during war, during prep day, or when donating during war. We either fat finger, or we perhaps thought we had a network problem, the button didn't respond, so we donated one too many troops by accident, and sometimes the people who donate aren't online to realize he had a wrongly donated troop because he/she were too busy to notice. So I'm thinking that the person who donated the troop is also allowed the ability to remove their own donation instead of apologizing on the clan mail. OR, I'm thinking that the leader/co-leader can remove donated troops during clan wars.

+1 for leaders/co-leaders removing donated troops in clan wars.

Absolutely, positively, no way, no how.

Once you have donated your troops, they cease to be yours. Once they enter my village, they belong to me.

No one has any right to do anything in my village. Period. End of story. Not the leader. Not the co-leader. Not some random member that no longer owns the troops that were given to me.

So no, no one should have the authority to remove troops from another person. Ever. The only person that should be able to remove those troops is the village owner. If you donated the wrong troops, well, that's on you. But the village owner now has the opportunity to look at what they were given and to decide whether or not they want to keep them. You do not get to decide that because you no longer own those troops. They are gone from you.

Leaders, keep your grubby hands in your own villages. They do not belong in anyone else's. If you think that someone has the "wrong" troops, then tell that person to remove them so that you can give them the "right" troops. If they refuse, then feel free to kick them if that is how you want to run your clan. But you do not get to take that decision away from the member. Those are their troops in the CC now, and they get to decide how they want to use them, if they want to use them.

So not just a no from me, but an absolute horror filled no.

if its a war cc during prep day, i agree about leaders can delete the troops by themselves. no negative effect in it.

but if its a troop request its a bad idea because a person can delete a request then fill it again repeatedly, drastically increasing their troop donation count.

there are more reasons on why players want to mass donate: resource dumping, excess troop dumping, Friend in need, Exp, and Clan appeal. with Op's idea you can now do it in a very fast rate , so i disagree.

Yeah, for war CC I agree that the donator should be able to remove troops but for regular troop request, I think it should not be allowed.

Even for war CC, why does anyone think it is acceptable for someone else to remove troops from your village? Serious question here. Why does anyone think that is OK? They aren't your troops. They are the person that owns the village's troops. Why? Because once donated, the donor loses any and all control of them. They are given, ie., donated, which means you lose your rights to them, and they become the property of the host of the village.

If you think it is OK for someone other than the village owner to remove troops from that village, then what else is ok? Is it OK to remove their army troops because you think they have the wrong army cooked? Is it OK to start the "correct" troops cooking for them? Is it OK to change their village, either war or home base, because you know better? Is it OK to take control of their army and do their war attacks for them? Is it OK to force them to collect their resources from their collectors?

Let's get down to the bare bones. This is a multi-player game. What gives anyone the right to play someone else's game? I know that the war CC seems to be trivially small, but it is part of a greater principal: it's not your village. Period.

The minute you invite someone in to your clan, you need to accept that they will play their village how they want to play it. Make all the rules that you want, and enforce them how you want. That's fine. But the player still has decision making responsibilities. No one should be allowed to force that player, ie., take control and do something for them, no matter how small. If you do not like their war CC troops, then tell that person to delete them so you can donate the right ones. I have no problem with that, because the owner can now decide on their own what to do. But taking that choice away from them? What gives anyone that right? The right of the leader is to remove the person from the clan if the leader wants to. But not to play any aspect of the game for someone else, which includes troop management.

Where is the right?

It's a nice idea to delete unwanted troops ..
