Is there a remove troop request button?
As per other thread, the optional update fixed ur issue. U won’t see it if ur not th12
But the request came from a TH10. Or what if a TH11 request troops only.
Just download the update -_-
I wish there was. We have about ten TH11s in the clan but no TH12. So every troop request sits in chat.
Also, the clan castle doesn't show as full, so players keep requesting when they already have cc troops and spells
Edit: thanks will check the update
Download optional update! Keep checking for update some times.
Optional update downloaded.
Request is still there.
THE CLAN DO NOT HAVE ANY TH12 AT ALL.
We do not like TH12 posers... so do not admit them into the clan.
Troop request is still there in clan chat for a th11. But for a th9, it is no longer there once the troop/spell requests have been filled.
I have multiple accounts, including a th10 and a th9. The th9 filled the request from the th10 and the req went away in the chat window. I used the supercell id and logged into my th10 account and the th10 request was back in the chat. The request showed the troops were full except the spot for the siege resource. Now the req just sits in the chat. We don’t have a th12 in the clan. Why would a th10 even have a siege machine included in it’s req? I am running the latest update of CoC on the latest version of iOS.
Just adding to the discussion - maybe someone has a new approach to fixing this. I'm a TH10 (no 12s in clan) and my troop requests (filled by TH10) will not go away. Already tried update - at least there are no available updates for COC on my ipad. Problem here is that I don't know the latest version # and it's seemingly impossible to get that info. So it's difficult to confirm. Have also done uninstall/reinstall. Requests remain.
In addition, have not seen this mentioned: 1) this falsely triggers a 'new message' notification in the clan chat upon reopening CoC; 2) the generic background music, which changes according to the actions taken, is not changing. For instance, when you battle. You will not hear the battle music - nor when troops released from clan castle music. Is this just something to live with until next update (which I hope will fix)? Or is there a 'solution' I have not tried?
The optional update does not "fix" this regarding your own th10/11/12 request, it will remain in the clan chat. Any other requests you cannot fulfill will disappear for you, your own request remains visible just for you and other players who can donate siege machines.
This is not even a bug. A Th12 could join your clan at any time by chance and could then donate a siege machine. For yourself it is just a protocol, when you have last requested clan castle troops. Nobody else can see the request, if there are no th12 in your clan, it is just you who can.
Well, step into the OP's shoes forumers. The request should clear automatically and a "full" sign should appear so that the requester knows that his CC has been filled (except for the SM).
That the request remains but seen only by me, I did not know - thanks for clearing that up. It would make better sense to me if the request were tied to the fact that there aren't any TH12s in the clan and disappear. Then if some 12 joins, I could simply make a new request. But nothing I can't live with. The background music however should change when battling. I've missed launching my poison a few times b/c I didn't catch the TH troops coming out.
It has occurred to me that this may be specific to my situation in that this COC instance is on an old ipad 2. COC runs fine on my minipad which is newer. The iPad does have an iOS version (9.3.5) that is not incompatible with the COC latest update however. And there remains 2gb of space remaining so that shouldn't be a problem either.
Then it may be that the uninstall/reinstall does nothing b/c I'm redownloading from icloud. Maybe I'm simply redownloading the app with whatever bug or glitch was in the data previously?
